At 4th Option we have a distinct process for engaging our clients, which is clear and concise:
1. Preliminary conference call or meeting
During this meeting we will discuss your needs and aspirations. This meeting will give us a direction for working together. This meeting is not chargeable.
2. Planning meeting
After the preliminary meeting, should you decide to move forward with 4th Option, the next step is a planning meeting, where we put together a work plan and schedule. This meeting is chargeable.
3. Implementation
After the planning meeting a proposed work schedule is produced. Once this is agreed by all parties, we then move into the implementation phase, which will be strictly planned and timetabled.
Every project is tailored to the clients' requirements, and workplans, timetables and budgets are strictly adhered to.
