4th Option Consultant Sales Profile:

Experience – 15/20 years sales/ sales management /account management.

International Experience – proven success in several international markets.

If you are already in consulting we would like 3 “Super” references from satisfied clients. If you have been working within a large organization, perhaps as an “Internal Consultant” building sales performance, then demonstrate how you delivered these results and let us speak with leaders you worked with and customers who bought your company’s products or services.

Have a deep understanding of several sales systems and the skills and experience to facilitate effective decision making and introduction of systems.

Sales development – Coaching, Mentoring and Leadership

Develop and implement sales training programs to international best practice.

Breakthrough Sales capability – have proven track record of winning key accounts.

Breakthrough sales into new territories – have proven track record of leading successful sales process in a new territory.

Interested in “buddy selling” – often our clients need practical support, coaching, mentoring when going into the market to win new business. Show us you can facilitate our clients in making the first deal with a new product or service, or win business with the first key account.
